Human rights protesters speak out against the atrocious 'Bahati Bill'Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni spoke to members of the country’s ruling National Resistance Movement today urging them to exercise “extreme caution” when voting on David Bahati’s anti-homosexuality bill.
